Meet Adoptable Maisy!

Maisy is a 2 year old, female, 34lb, white coat with black trim, mixed breed. Maisy has been in her foster home for three weeks now and they absolutely love her, and she has made herself at home. She may be only 34lbs, but she is a strong girl with a very sweet, loyal, fun, and affectionate side that loves your attention and affection, and returns it right back. Maisy likes to go for walks, hikes and all sorts of exploring outside, but will require someone with some strength to walk her sometimes, as she will take any chance she can get to chase a squirrel or bird, or sometimes bark at other dogs. She would do best as the only dog in the home to start, as she can be a bit much for some dogs at first with her initial energy. Maisy has met some dogs and been fine with them after a proper meeting, and she can even go on a walk with a calm and relaxed dog friend, but she still needs to learn to control her excitement and energy when wanting to meet a new dog. She has not been around any young kids, but may do fine with kids 10 and over. Maisy will not be suitable for a home with cats. This beautiful girl is now patiently awaiting her forever home.
