@the_dog_guy_ got a call about a dog welfare check needed in a community we work with, went there to check it out, found a dog living in horrific conditions, while in horrible condition with severe neck trauma, rushed to the emergency vet hospital. We did not know if the dog was going to make it. She spent five days in critical emergency care, was not able to walk at first and had no idea what human affection was, and then the months and months of love and rehabilitation to get her to where she is today. Happy, Healthy, Loved.
