Adopted! Yayy Remi! Happy Tail – “Remi (formally Chewie) came into our lives in the blink of an eye and changed every part of it for the better. We had always talked about how we hoped our future dog would be an “old man” and that is exactly what Remi has proven to be already. Tall and lanky, playful and smart, but the last one out of bed every morning. He may actually be part cat, as he makes meowing sounds in place of barking. He loves every dog, cat, human and dandelion he meets and already has a long list of close pals. Exploring the forest trails and beaches are by far his favourite pass time – always close…

Adopted! Yayy Zipper! Happy Tail – Clyde (now Zipper). We welcomed Zipper into our home in August and to say he has brought new energy into our lives is an understatement. This guy bounces, rolls, plays, and zooms with reckless abandon. He is an absolutely riot! His favourite activities are wrestling and running with other dogs at the park, using the sofa as a trampoline, and playing tug or chase. The small critters outside are of particular interest to him so we’re working hard on recall and impulse control to get him out hiking and biking on the trails with us. Adopted! Yaayy Neville! Happy Tail – Coming to us from @RainCoast Dog Rescue Society, “Nervous Neville” traveled all the way from Marley’s Mutts in Bakersfield, California to the wild west (and very wet) coast of Vancouver Island to complete our family. Although he’s still nervous of the sights, smells and sounds of Victoria, Neville is starting to become more and more of a character. Amazing on leash, incredibly attentive and always very close by, Neville has the makings of one perfect pup. We are so happy to be his forever home and we bet that with some time, even Naomi the cat will be excited too. Adopted! Yayyy Ripley! Happy Tail – We are so lucky to have Ripley (previously Bell) in our lives. From the second we saw her as she came to us as a foster, we knew she wasn’t going anywhere! She had our hearts from “hello”. She gets sillier by the day and absolutely loves to go for a good swim, but most of all, she just wants to cuddle with her people. She’s a pro cuddler. We are so grateful for RainCoast Dog Rescue and Marley’s Mutts for helping save this beautiful soul and bringing her to us. Welcome to the family, Ripley!

Adopted! Yaayy Scout! Happy Tail – This is Scout. He’s the best little boy ever. He came into my life unexpectedly, as I only intended to foster him, (along with his mom and sister) for a short period of time until the kitties got adopted and the mom got sent back to her family. I was on the hunt for a pup actually. But while I was fostering him and his mom/sister, he would climb onto my lap and cuddle with me and sleep next to me all the time. He was super playful and wouldn’t leave me alone. Needless to say I fell in love with little Scout and decided to keep him. He’s been the best little companion…
