The SPCA International has been a close and dedicated partner, and sponsor, of RainCoast for 8 years. We have accomplished so much together in this time. We have support through their shelter grant program, and we have done worldwide missions with them through their program, Operation Freedom Pups. Where they help US military members adopt dogs and cats overseas they connect with on deployment. We as well accomplished a one of a kind, never before done, record setting rescue mission of over 300 dogs and cats from Afghanistan, called Mission Possible.
