Meet Adoptable Monroe! Monroe is a 5 month old, female, 33lb, all black, Labrador, Golden Retriever, St Bernard, mixed breed. Monroe comes to us with her 3 other adoptable sisters, and her adoptable parents. Monroe is a sweet and playful pup, that is still a little bit shy with new people and dogs. She has really started to warm up to her foster family though, that has another dog and young kids. Monroe would be a great family dog that will most likely be around 70-90lbs full grown, and is currently located in her foster home in Sidney / Victoria. Everyone, meet the amazing and adoptable, Balto and Nanouk! These two stunning brothers originally came from war torn Ukraine as puppies. They were thankfully rescued by our friends at Sava’s Safe Haven in Romania, and then brought to Canada with our other friends, spca_international. Since arriving to Vancouver they have been doing well in their foster homes. Despite being from a war torn country and then living in a shelter, they have acclimated themselves well to living in loving homes. Balto and Nanouk are 70lbs of joy that have shown to be such loving souls with funny and sweet personalities, friendly with other nice dogs, very sweet to people, and fairly indifferent to cats and respectful kids. Lykos is ready to be your little buddy —whether that’s joining you on hiking adventures, running, or simply chilling on the couch for some snuggles and kisses. He’ll follow you around like your personal shadow, just to make sure you’re never alone.
